Returns & Exchanges

At The Leash Lounge, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know pet parents are busy, so we've made our return/exchange policy easy and convenient.

We are happy to process returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.

If you wish to return or exchange a product that you purchased from The Leash Lounge, please follow the instructions below. Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges, on final sale or personalized items.


  • Email our Customer Care Team at to receive a return/exchange authorization number.
  • Please include your order name and order number, as well as a summary of the problem in your email. Typical response time is 24 hours. 
  • Pack the item safely and securely for shipping. Please include your return authorization number on your return label. Always retain a copy for your records.
  • Refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 5-7 days of our receiving the returned order. The speed of the processing varies by bank. 

Item Lost Or Stolen In Transit

The Leash Lounge does not issue refunds for items lost or stolen during transit, or items marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please note: The Leash Lounge is unable to process any returns or exchanges without the authorization number.
