We are happy to process returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.

Email our Customer Care Team at info@theleashlounge.com to receive a return/exchange authorization number.
Please include your order name and order number, as well as a summary of the problem in your email. Typical response time is 24 hours.
Pack the item safely and securely for shipping. Please include your return authorization number on your return label. Always retain a copy for your records.
Refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 5-7 days of our receiving the returned order. The speed of the processing varies by bank.
